This explains what we learn about you through the site, why we need it and how to withdraw it.
Required — name and phone number: without them a request is pointless.
Optional — destination, approximate month, number of nights and budget. These fields sit under “Tell us more” and may be left empty.
Along with the request we store the language of the page you sent it from and, if it was left on a tour page, that tour.
We do not store your IP address. Only an irreversible fingerprint of it is kept, to tell a flood of bots from real requests.
To call you back, select a tour, check availability with the operator and prepare the contract. Nothing else.
By sending the form you consent to the processing of the data in it. If it leads to a trip, the data is then needed to perform the contract with you.
While you have only left a request — with nobody. The name and phone number are for us to call you back.
Once you decide to proceed, a booking cannot be made without passing data to the tour operator: full name, date of birth, personal identification number, passport details, phone, e-mail and place of residence. The operator passes part of it further — to the airline, the hotel and the insurer — otherwise they will not issue the ticket, the voucher and the policy.
The tour operator and the service providers may be outside Uzbekistan — a trip abroad cannot be arranged otherwise. By booking a tour you also consent to that transfer.
We do not sell the database, do not pass it to advertising networks and send nothing you have not asked for.
A request — while we are in touch with you and for as long as accounting and tax records of a completed trip require. After that we delete it.
The site sets only functional cookies: they hold the session and protect the form against request forgery.
There are no advertising or analytics trackers on the site.
Call us or write to our e-mail and say that you want to see, correct or delete your data. We delete it and confirm.
The site runs over a secure connection. Requests are visible only to staff, each with their own password; a manager sees only their own requests.
The company’s phone numbers and e-mail are not in the page source — they are served by a separate, rate-limited request so that bots cannot harvest them.
